Monet
Challenges
To create homogeneity between the brand name and image, “Monet” will use the appearance of a simple but sophisticated and luxurious woman who always stands out and shines even amidst a forest of flowers.
Solutions
“Monet” is a famous garden of Claude Monet in Giverny and is likened to a symphony of color. Therefore the name “Monet” is associated with the brand to express the desire to create perfection in human beauty.
While developing the identity, Tree has brought the image of a “star” to appear throughout the logo symbol, the visual system, and the identification pattern to affirm the brand values. If “Monet” carries on its inherent great beauty, the “star” in the middle of the forest “Monet” shines even more, special and irreplaceable. Putting the “star” in the letter logo, Tree wants customers to feel their uniqueness and beauty when they come to “Monet” to enhance their appearance.
Using a serif, capitalized font to add elegance and a classical touch to the brand’s spirit, blue as the primary color from Monet’s garden reminds the viewer of the beauty that transcends even the beautiful flowers.
Tree has successfully built a synchronous identification system, flexibly using “star” images on publications and packaging to create a unique effect, attracting viewers.
